Pricing
Scanning your organisation, previewing any allocation plan and downloading the CSV of the preview cost nothing, and neither do the first 5 allocations in an organisation. After that you pick a 7-day pass for $39 or a monthly plan for $29, or $290 a year per organisation, excl. VAT/sales tax.
Which one?
A clean-up of up to 300 allocations: the $39 pass (excl. VAT/sales tax). It covers one organisation for 7 days from purchase, and it does not renew.
More than 300 allocations, or credit notes to apply every month: the $29 monthly plan (excl. VAT/sales tax). It has no allocation limit and you can cancel any time.
Planning a full year: $290 per organisation, charged in full upfront and renewing yearly (excl. VAT/sales tax). Save $58 before tax compared with 12 monthly payments. The same unlimited allocations as Monthly.
Not sure yet? Run the free scan and look at the preview. Nothing is written to Xero until you type the confirmation, and the first 5 allocations are free.

What counts as an allocation
An allocation is one credit note applied to one invoice or bill: one row of the preview that finished. A credit note applied to three invoices is three allocations. Rows that were skipped or failed are not counted, and neither is Undo.
What every plan includes
- The same guards. Amounts are checked when planning, at the preview and again from a fresh read of Xero before each write, and locked periods are skipped. How that works.
- A preview before every run. Each proposed allocation with the credit note, the invoice or bill, the amount and why it matched. You can untick rows and lower amounts.
- An audit log and a result CSV. The outcome of every row, with the reason when a row was skipped or failed.
- Undo for 30 days. It does not use up the plan’s allocation allowance.
- The same matching rules. A paid plan does not make Creditloom match across contacts or currencies.
Limits, stated plainly
- Only approved documents. Credit notes need status AUTHORISED and credit left. Invoices and bills need status AUTHORISED and an amount due. Documents in any other status are not touched.
- Same contact, same currency. A credit note is never applied to an invoice of another contact or another currency. Credit notes left over are listed as unmatched, with the reason.
- Locked periods are skipped. A row dated on or before the organisation’s lock date is not written and is reported.
- The pass is for one organisation and for 7 days from purchase. It covers up to 300 allocations. Each subscription is priced per organisation, so two organisations on one sign-in are two plans.
- Speed depends on Xero. Creditloom stays under 95% of Xero’s daily call cap for the organisation. A job pauses when the day’s budget runs out and carries on the next day.
- Creditloom is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Xero.
Billing details
- Currency
- US dollars. Your bank may convert at its own rate and add a fee.
- Taxes
- Prices exclude VAT and sales tax. Where tax applies, Paddle adds it at checkout and shows the total before you pay.
- Seller
- Paddle is the seller and merchant of record. It takes the payment, issues the invoice, and handles VAT and sales tax. The final amount is shown at checkout before you pay. Card details go to Paddle and never reach Creditloom.
- Cancelling
- Monthly and annual plans can be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Refunds
- A pass can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if you have not applied any allocations since buying it. Part of a monthly or annual period that has begun is not refunded. Details are in the refund policy.
